Autumnfest Cobbler Sale

posted Oct 2, 2012, 5:36 AM by Web Master Pack 94   [ updated Oct 27, 2014, 9:18 AM ]

Hello All,

We are coming down to the wire on our biggest cobbler sale of the year. The Autumnfest at the North Catty Park is coming up on Oct.12th. This event was very successful for us the last few years, and we would like to be able to make it happen again this year.

Having said that, we are still in desperate need of our Akela's (Scout Parents) help to make this event happen. I have a few Volunteers, and some donations, but not enough to do the event yet. We need the volunteers more than we do the donations, but both are needed.

Please remember this is all for the boys, and we need everyone's help so that we may continue to do the things that make this Pack great!

Responsibilities include making, serving, and handling the sales of the Cobbler.

As also mentioned in recent announcements, the Scouts cannot be behind the counter, but they can wear the signs and walk around the show promoting the sales. As such, if anyone would like to bring their power wheels vehicle and have their Scout drive it around with the signs, it would be great. The crowd always gets a kick out of it when the kids can do that.

I have also compiled a list of items below, which we will need to make this event happen.:

Items Needed
Hefty 3 qt aluminum casserole pans  9-1/4 x 2-3/4 (Available at Weis market and Giant)
