Halloween Parade

This year's Catty Halloween Parade is going to be held on Wednesday, 10/17.  The rain date for the event is the following Wednesday, 10/24.
Our theme this year is "Scouting for Food."  It will help to promote our upcoming food drive in November and get the word out to the community.
Pack 94 will be walking at the end of the 1st division in the parade.
Akelas can drop their scouts off at the Catty Middle School (Fairview and Bridge Streets) at 6PM.  Tiger Akelas are required to stay with their scout and walk/ride in the parade.  Other Akela volunteers are welcome to join us.  Scouts can be picked up at the end of the parade route which is at the North Catty Park.
Each scout is asked to bring 1 bag of candy to be thrown during the parade.  Please remind your scout that the bag of candy needs to last throughout the entire parade.  If you are able to donate any additional bags of candy for the parade, this would be greatly appreciated.
Scouts are to dress in their Class A uniforms.  Please also have them dress appropriately for the weather.  Additional layers should be worn underneath the Class A uniform.  No costumes or masks of any kind should be worn.

Halloween Party
This year's Halloween Party for Pack 94 will be held at 846 Locust Street, Catasauqua from 6:30-8:30.  The house is the last house at the end of the street.  All family members are welcome and costumes are encourages, we ask that all weapon type accessories that go with the costume be left at home. Hot dogs, coffee, and hot chocolate will be provided.  Each den will be given a category of what to bring to the party.  Each scout will then be responsible to bring a particular item to the party.  Please contact your den leader to sign up for a food item to bring if you have not already!  There will be food, a firepit, costume judging, games, a scary story, and a hayride. Scouts, Akelas, and leaders are all encouraged to dress up in costume for the judging!
Akelas are needed to help with set up and food during the Halloween Party.  Please contact Matt or Kelly Rizzo, if you are able to assist at 610-264-2177.  We look forward to seeing everyone there!
