Pack 94 Show and Sell sign up instructions and general sales details.

Go to our website: www.cattypack94.org  .........Hey look...you are already here, nice job!!!

Using your mouse, hover over "Show and sell signups" on the main page, then click on the desired date when the drop down appears. 

Simply fill out the form and hit submit.

Refresh the screen to verify your sign up on the right hand side of the screen.

****Please note the following****:

Class A Uniform required. If you are a new Scout and do not have one yet, no worries, an exception will be made. However, that is the only exception ...period.

Uniform shirts must be tucked in.

The Scout's Akela (parent or guardian) must stay with their Scout at the sales. There is usually one Leader that runs the sale, and due to the rules of youth protection that we adhere to, there must be at least one other parent or Guardian in addition to that Leader present at the sale. Since its only one hour, as a Pack we request that both parents stay with their child. It is also much easier to keep track of the Scouts, helps increase sales, and most importantly safer when both Scouts have a parent or guardian present. 

Only two scouts can be signed up for each shift:.
Please check to the right to make sure a time slot has not already been filled before signing up. If there is a discrepancy like accidentally signing up for a filled time slot, you will be notified. There is a time stamp so it will be on a first come first serve basis.The slots are not automatically in chronological order, so please check carefully. If you notice your error you can contact the Cubmaster or another Den Leader to correct the database.

Only one time slot per Scout.
From time to time we may ask Scouts and parents to stay another hour, or to come back again if there are open slots. However, we want to be as fair as possible and give everyone the chance to participate before we open it up to those already signed up.

Scout Sales credit (counts towards prizes and your total sales for the season) for each sale is calculated by: Total amount in sales for the day, divided by the number of Scouts participating. If the Scout stays for more than one shift, he will not be given double sales credit. However, the longer the sales day, the more sales we get, which equals more sales credit for each Scout. As long as there is a Leader at the sale and at least one Scout signed up for the next time slot, we will keep the sale open. If there are no Scouts signed up for the next shifts we will close the sale down early. 

Scout Credit for the sale is calculated as: 15% of the Scout Sales credit earned by the Scout, This is consistent with how Scout credit is calculated for the take order sales.


REMEMBER THERE ARE SPECIAL PACK 94 AND MINSI TRAILS COUNCIL PRIZES FOR $600.00 IN SALES AND ABOVE..THE SHOW AND SELL SALES CREDIT YOU RECEIVE FOR PARTICIPATING COUNTS TOWARDS IT.
